All prices have VAT included.

Naukua reserves the right to update its commercial offer (including changes to the catalog and prices) at any time and without prior notice. Said modifications will be valid from the moment of their publication and will apply to all orders with a later date and time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process based on weight and destination. You will be able to see the shipping costs (if any) on the summary page of your order.

Free shipping

  • Orders with destination Spain peninsula have free shipping.
  • Orders over €99 have free shipping.
  • Subscription orders have free shipping.


We ship to Spain, countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

The delivery service is carried out from Monday to Friday on working days with Correos Express.

You will receive your order in 24 or 48 hours for peninsular destinations and 1-3 days for the Balearic Islands. All shipments include tracking number and SMS notice with the day and time of delivery.

Naukua will take the necessary measures to meet the delivery deadlines, carrying out, if necessary, the claim or follow-up of orders by the customer to Correos Express.

Warehouse location

All orders leave our logistics center located in Madrid.

Orders management

The products remain the property of Naukua until payment is made for them, including shipping costs, if any.

Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. From here on, all orders are managed manually in our warehouse:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are processed the next day.
  • On weekends and holidays there is no delivery service or order collection.

Payment methods

During the purchase process you can choose between 2 payment methods:

  • With card. The fastest and most recommended way to buy.
  • Cash on delivery. Payment in cash to the carrier when the order is delivered. A surcharge of 2.5% is applied to the value of the order by Correos Express (minimum €3). You will receive the exact amount by SMS. Free shipping is not available for this payment method.

Can I buy by phone? For security reasons, it is not allowed to take card data over the phone. Phone orders can only be paid on delivery.

Auto-purchases or subscription

Naukua allows you to subscribe to one or several products to receive them comfortably at home without having to make manual orders every month.

Orders are automatically shipped based on your preferred delivery frequency:

  • each month
  • every 45 days
  • every 2 months
  • every 3 months

Shipping is free for all subscription orders. In addition, you will have a discount from the first automatic purchase.

You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or by calling us.


  • Cancellation and modifications

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it to initiate a return, or refuse delivery by informing the carrier that you wish to return it.

  • Return and refunds

You have a period of 60 days from the date of delivery to return any product, for any reason, as long as it has not been used and the seal or packaging are intact.

Naukua will bear the cost of return shipping.

When we receive it, we will refund the corresponding amount, once the initial shipping costs have been deducted, within 7 days.

  • Failed to prepare

Our logistics center is very efficient in preparing orders and rarely makes mistakes.

If the order is incomplete, the customer will receive the missing product(s) free of charge.

If the order does not correspond to the purchase, Naukua will take care of the return shipping and will send the correct order free of charge, once the wrong order has been received.

  • Hypothetical case of transport damage

If the product has been damaged during transport that affects the integrity or storage conditions of the product, the customer must contact Naukua within 24 calendar hours after receipt.

Naukua will initiate the procedures to replace the damaged product at no cost to the customer, who will receive a replacement as soon as possible or availability.

  • Hypothetical case of loss

In the very rare case of parcel loss by Correos Express, EPIC SCIENCE will make a claim against the carrier's insurance and undertakes to resend an identical order at no additional cost.

  • Hypothetical case of delay

In the rare case of delay in the delivery of an order, Naukua undertakes to carry out a follow-up and to contact Correos Express about the affected order.

Please understand that any claim for delay arising after our delivery to Correos Express must be submitted to the carrier.


  • Lack of stock

As a general rule, products without stock appear as "out of stock". In the event that any product that is part of an order is not in stock, EPIC SCIENCE undertakes to notify the customer of the delay in shipment or give the option to remove it from the order.

  • Packaging variations

Naukua undertakes to keep the images and specifications of the products offered updated. However, superficial variations may occur, for example aesthetic changes in the design of labels or packaging, or physical characteristics of the outer or inner packaging (such as capsules, blisters or inner or outer packaging).

These minor variations are caused by the continuous improvement to which the manufacturers subject their products and do not enable the customer to cancel the purchase.

  • Typographical errors

Naukua will ensure the accuracy of prices in the store.

If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, we will notify the customer of said error and the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost or, failing that, pay the price difference.

  • Order notes

Order notes can be used to supplement the shipping address, indicate a time preference or other special delivery notes (for example “deliver to doorstep”).

In the case of indicating a time preference, please understand that the carrier, depending on the route, may not satisfy these indications.

  • Packaging and handling

All orders are packed in accordance with our best practices.

We cannot accommodate any request for box customization, gift wrap or physical delivery of the instructions for use (the instructions for use are sent only by e-mail).


Your personal information will be stored confidentially in our database, used only in the processing of your orders. Your data is safe with us. We never sell our customer information to third parties. Whenever you wish, you can exercise your rights of access, modification, limitation or deletion of data.

Newsletter subscription

You can subscribe to Naukua through the "e-mail" field located at the bottom of the page or by checking the "subscribe" option when placing an order.

Subscribing is free and allows you to be part of our community of subscribers, in order to send you e-mails related to our products.

At any time you can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link, present in the footer of all e-mails. If once subscribed you do not make a purchase in the following months, the automated e-mail system will automatically unsubscribe you.


Only customers can write reviews.

The reviews are designed to maintain privacy (in no case will the e-mail or surname of the client be made public). By writing a review, you give permission to publish it on the media managed by Naukua (including the online store and, eventually, e-mail and social networks).

Naukua reserves the right to withdraw those reviews that violate respect for dignity, are discriminatory, violate human rights or use profanity.

We are not allowed to publish reviews that refer to the cure of diseases (facts attributable only to drugs), in accordance with current legislation.

Naukua will not be responsible for the content of its clients' reviews, of which it guarantees its genuineness and accuracy through an external verification App.
