Déception

J'ai commandé le Kit Bonsaï.
1 poussé sur les 4 est correcte...cela arrive.
Après 2 mois d'attente je me permet d'envoyer un mail pour savoir si cela est normal et quels conseils pourrais je avoir en plus afin de faire pousser les autres.
Rien...pas une réponse
Ce qui me révolte..c'est ce petit message à la fin du fascicule disant " si vous n'êtes pas satisfait de votre Kit, n'hésitez pas à nous envoyer un mail"...que du baratin!
Donc oui, je me permets de mettre un commentaire public négatif, et croyez moi ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes.

Semi non buoni

Ho ricevuto il kit con Jacaranda, Pino, Abete e Melograno come regalo di natale da mia moglie ANTONIETTA D'ERRICO. Ero entusiasta del regalo e non aspettavo altro che temperature primaverili per iniziare questa esperienza. Quando ho aperto le bustine e messo i semi in acqua mi sono accorto che galleggiavano senza andare a fondo... Probabilmente i semi non erano buoni oppure erano molto vecchi. Ho comunque seguito tutte le indicazioni ma non è germogliato alcun seme. Sicuramente una brutta esperienza.
